Getting a Chinese Visa for FG 2013

If you require a visa to attend FG 2013 in China, you should start your application as soon as possible.

Here's the link to the Chinese Consulates/Embassies worldwide (http://www.chinese-embassy.info/). Usually one will set a visa appointment in your home country. It's a good idea for individuals to start early in case there are lengthy visa delays, sometimes due to security checks.

Invitation Letter

If you need an invitation letter for visa or other purpose, you must have paid for your registration. To request the invitation letter, please email us at fg2013@cs.sjtu.edu.cn including the purpose of the letter, your name, complete mailing address, and full name of your affiliation. Please also provide your passport number, your gender, and birth date. For people with accepted papers, please also provide the title of your paper. A pdf file of the letter will be emailed to you; if you need the original, signed letter, you will need to provide an Express account for shipping.
