Author Registration

Conference and special session papers - all conference and special session papers *MUST* have at least one registered author (this can be a student) no later than March 20, 2012 (the early registration deadline). One person can register multiple papers as long as that person is a co-author on each of the papers.
Workshop papers - all workshop papers *MUST* have at least one registered author (this can be a student) no later than March 20, 2012 (the early registration deadline).
Tutorial courses - all turtorial courses *MUST* have at least one registered organizer (this can be a student).

Registration Details

Early registration ends March 20, 2013 11:59pm Pacific time.
Regular registration begins March 21, 2013 12:00am Pacific time.

All Passport Registrations include: Admission to all technical sessions, all workshops, all short courses, daily breakfasts and refreshment breaks, the reception, banquet,and one USB copy of the proceedings.
One-Day Workshop/Short Course Pass is valid for one day only (either April 22 or April 26).

Please note that lunch is included in the registration fee and the attendees can elect to purchase a lunch option under "Merchandise" page during the registration process.

Refund Policy All refund requests must be made via email to Walter Scheirer, wscheirer@fas.harvard.edu. All cancellations will be subject to a $50 cancellation fee before April 1, 2013. NO REFUNDS will be made after April 1, 2013.
You are allowed to change the name on the registration without penalty.
